SELFBETON is not a concrete plant but an automatic concrete station. Selfbeton does not release any waste, has no noise pollution (<65dB) and does not release dust. 

Selfbeton is more environmentally friendly than a simple concrete mixer whose wash water is poured directly onto the ground without any treatment.

At the end of each day, simply start the automatic cleaning cycle and the machine will take care of the cleaning.

SELFBETON does not produce any waste as production is done on demand based on the customer's order with a maximum volume of 500l per batch. There is no surplus or return from the site. The cleaning residues are reinjected into production.

• Spray mixer oil once a day. 
• Start a cleaning cycle at the end of the day
•  check the inside of the mixer once a week and re-level the blades when necessary 
• check the belt tension once a month 
• change the mixer wear plates after approximately 5000m3 of production

The Selfbeton automatic concrete filling station can be connected via Wifi or GSM for remote monitoring.

The SELFBETON station is checked and certified by the DEKRA inspection body. 

It is supplied with mesh and has numerous inductive contactors that protect against any access to the production components.
